DON’T listen to these HORRIBLE reviews on here!! This place is GREAT! Always fresh and clean prompt and thorough. VERY friendly staff. My son and I eat here from time to time and it’s EXCELLENT food.

Absolutely terrible! My family and I went last night 11/16/2020 and we all got sick from the food! Would not recommend

False advertising! Poor quality food! Customers are willing pay more. Do not pretend that customer is only looking for the price! Shame on you!

MONEY STEALING. Food is greasy and not good. Check your receipts before leaving because they will charge you food you didn’t even order.

Very good food here, especially the chicken teriyaki! The people working here are very rude! When you order your food, the food just sits there while you are in line waiting to be cashed out. I would go here if there is no line, so your food it still warm. The amount of food you get here for the price is pretty good!

I love the food been going here for years but today service was horrible and more rushed then usual. And the to go plate barely had any food, i told them and they did nothing about it didn't even offer to get me another plate. Smh Might switch to the place across from them.

The China max staff was very rude to me. They wanted to charge me 5$ in order for me to use my credit card. I would never go back there again. I advise you not to either especially if you want to use a credit card. Xoxo

Will forever be the ONLY chinese food place i get food from. Food tastes great and is always fresh, they are constantly making new batches. The service is friendly and super fast! If you are in Crossgates Mall, do yourself a favor and get food from China Max...you will not regret it.
