Havent gone here for about a year now, got some recently and the food I got tastes way better than it ever has. The Hunan Beef actually has a bit of a spicy kick now and way more flavor! I dont know what you guys changed but keep it up!
Easily the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. I kid you not, everything I ordered from here either tasted like it was going bad or just downright awful. It's a shame this is considered the standard around here. I'm reading some of these positive reviews and just shaking my head. Good money right down the drain.Takeout: Yes
Horrible! Usually never friendly and have 10 year old kids running the place. Go there to get our order tonight, she starts asking where is order where is order..kids respond saying they don't have it. When I tell her it's an online order, she starts blaming the kid for not checking on line orders. Wanna cut back?? Want your 10 year olds working there and leave them responsible?? Not with me anymore
It used to be much better. They are increasing the price and cutting corners. My crab rangoons hardly had anything in them last time I went. Have to cut how many times I go now
Food used to be really good up until the last year or so. Meat has either been chewy or hard with little flavor. They have been getting really expensive for smaller portions, used to be around $8 for a decently large meal. They also no longer give us separate sides such as rice for each individual meal. Instead they have been giving us ONE very small container for TWO separate dishes. It’s beyond greedy considering we spent around $50-$60 every time we ordered and it has never been a problem up until this year. To top it all off, employees haven’t worn masks every time we went. Take your business elsewhere
There are two choices for this area...this location is the best. Roommate turned me on the this place when I moved to Caledonia in early 2020. It is definitely a two meal order.
Our favorite Chinese takeout for over 10 years. All entrees we have gotten have been great over the years. I do wish we could have the option to pay extra for all white meat in the General Tso’s because they could name their price and my whole family would pay it. We still love the consistency in this restaurant and will always patronize it.
Food is always usually consistent...a few times my chicken was over cooked but better then under cooked...my regular is sesame chicken and crab ragoon...in line or better then other places I eat here at least once a month so there's room for mistakes once in a blue moon. Nothing ever was terrible or even were I had to take it back... also we have eaten in a dozen or so times and again the service is always great and IF the is a issue easy to resolve.
I am never coming back. They were exceptionally slow and the food tasted like it came out of the garbage. After being told it would be 15 minutes and waiting a half hour I asked where my food was and was told it would be another few minutes. 15 minutes later I asked for my money back and they said my order was ready. 10 minutes later I was handed my bag of mediocre food. I drove 3 blocks back to my house and everything was room temperature at best. People showed up, ordered, and left all while I waited. For my nightmare of an experience I was offered a soda. If I walk back through those doors I assure you someone is holding my family hostage.
