A succulent chinese meal. Review is for takeout order for two during a trip to Saint John. Five stars. Ordered combo 2 and 8. Delicious. Great prices. Good portions. Came with utensils and sauces. Thank you.
I just ordered take out from China Coast through Skip the Dishes. We are a mostly vegetarian household, so I was looking for a bit more veggie specific options that wasn’t just sides. We ordered combo #6. On skip it stated that it came with veggie fried rice. When we got it, it was just with white rice. Called the restaurant and the fixed it up right away. Great service. I’m not a lover of Canadian Chinese food, but sometimes it can hit the right spot. Food was pretty good. My boys loved Combo #2. Kid-friendliness: My youngest loved the fries with chicken balls.
I always order the Canton fried noodles and the #5 combo sometimes with rice, sometimes with homestyle noodles. This is enough for at least 5 meals for me. Always excellent. My "go to" restaurant for Chinese food in Saint John. Never disappoints.
Ordered from skip the dishes...driver arrived carry bag sideways...this is what my food looked like...
We were very disappointed with the food -- the chow mein was undercooked, the lemon chicken was bland, and the "ginger beef" was unlike anything we have been served elsewhere. We shall not be returning. On the positive side, the chicken fried rice was tasty, and service was extremely fast. Parking: There is a narrow lot directly adjacent to the building. There was lots of space when we were there on a Friday night.
Paid $49 for 2 fried rice orders and 2 main dishes, which is not cheap. I dont mind paying it but the food is mediocre at best. I waited 40 mins on a Tuesday night, the place was dead that time. I asked for utensils and they didnt even give it to me.

The pork with spicy salt is a must try for anyone who loves the spicy salt squid or shrimps. The spicy chicken is amazing. We normally do take out and are always very happy. Amazing customer service. One of my favourite place. A regular spot for us.
I feel it’s bit underrated because of their quality . Items which I tried everything was good . Special mention to their hot and sour soup and chicken egg drop soup
My favourite restaurant I've ever been to! The best Chinese food around, and wonderful staff. Never had a bad experience, and I've been coming here as long as I can remember.Food: 5/5
