Super delicious dishes! The black pepper beef is the best I have seen in North America. The restaurant is nice and very clean. The staff is very kind and polite. The price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant .
Large portions at a reasonable price. Comfort Chinese food! Love the combo dinners that come with soup, egg roll and rice. I got the general Tzos chicken extra spicy and the hubs ordered the chow fun which had the charred flavor from the wok second visit
We get takeout here a lot and decided to dine in. Very friendly staff and quick to get food out. We had the crab wontons for an app, then lemon chicken, kung pao chicken and beef with broccoli. Excellent Chinese food. Get the grandma's special entrees. They come with soup, wonton and egg roll. The egg rolls are amazing. If you're looking for some good Chinese food, this is the spot.
We bought braised beef brisket for our kids, and it’s not indicated that this dish is spicy. Our kids end up not able to eat it at all because it’s spicy. We can clearly see the red pepper inside. Another dish is dumpling which is a little bit dry.
Nice to eat in at the restaurant. Hot and sour soup, Kung Pao chicken, and steamed rice were tasty. The chicken chow mein had something off about it and wasn’t something I wanted to finish. Either it was old or left out and microwaved.Recommended dishesHot & Sour Soup
Excellent choice for real Chinese food. Anything on the "Grandma's Specials" page of the menu is a great option to share with your whole party
So glad I discovered this place just after COVID hit. This had become one of my local favorites and I'm so glad they survived the shutdown. I realized that I rated them 5 stars before, but didn't leave a review. Gotta correct that now, because they are worth a visit. They have an extensive menu, attentive, friendly staff that doesn't take long to get to know repeat customers, delicious food, and great tea. Dine in or take away, you won't be disappointed.
The service fast and friendly. We ordered the chicken skewers, combination chow neon and the beef noodle soup. Everything was freshly made and big portions. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We stumble upon it when we were in the area craving Chinese food. Happy to say are stomachs are full and content. The decorations are modern and fun. The food it's not greasy or burnt, but cooked and seasoned very well.
My husband & I, 1st time & take out order yesterday 3/18/21. We got the Honey Walnut Shrimp which was tender but smothered in a THICK sweet citrus and honey creamy sauce. My husband tasted granulated sugar on the shrimp with every bite like it was dipped in sugar and we didn't care for the Walnuts because, they we like eating sugar cubes super sweet like a dessert IF you have ever had Tulalip Casino's Honey Walnut Shrimp this dish is not like that at all We are use to plain Walnuts which would have balanced the sweetness but, their Walnuts were pure sugar no nut. We won't order it again from here, since you barely taste the Shrimp. Refried rice was moist and ok, the Curry Chicken which was very tender, good curry flavor but, not spicy which again, we prefer a level 5 in heat at any Indian restaurant. We were told it's not spicy but, that she could have the cook add some heat to our dish. I know the cook did not because, we sure didn't notice any heat. Overall we might try some other dishes, in the future but, definitely will NOT order what we had again. The lady up front was very friendly and service fast. Our tip is if you like your food hiding in sauces you found it here. We had a few bites of everything now it sitting in our refrigerator we didn't finish our food. Not the experience we anticipated.
My mom is Chinese and always on the hunt for good Chinese near us in Edmonds; this place is amazing. The service is incredible and the dishes were all delicious. We ordered quite a lot wanted to try everything and were so eager to eat I only got pictures of three plates! all of which we'd definitely get again! :. I will note that this place delivers on spice, the dishes are well seasoned and can be a touch salty for those not used to a seasoned dish.
