Did take out from here this past week. Typical Chinese takeout feel when you walk in. Wonton soup was piping hot and very good. Tasty broth and large noodles with a few strips of pork mixed in. The combo platter with chicken fingers, pork ribs, fried rice and egg roll was good, but slightly greasy. Chicken fingers had thick coating, which held grease in it, but it still had a nice crisp and the chicken inside was tender and filled a good part of the finger. Pork ribs had an average amount of fat, though some were still slightly dry and also a little greasy. Fried rice was standard, tasted the same as many other places. The egg roll was decent and not very greasy. I would go back again and try some other items.
Great food, clean inside. Large portions, reasonable prices. Will definitely come again. Ordered twice cooked pork with cabbage, egg roll, and fried rice.
Service was great! I made an online order and picked it up late but the lady at the counter offered to remake my food even tho my food being cold was not their fault. She was really nice the food cold and all was really good. I'm picky about my chicken finger but no regrets ordering them. Definitely will be ordering from here again.
I had a birthday for my two year old child at my mothers house today. After the most laborious day. I reheated the fingers and general tso I had ordered from last night. After 10 minutes in the oven at 450, 10/10 tastes and feels like It was just delivered. I cannot recommend this further. LOVE IT

I've ordered here a few times and they never disappoint! I usually order the crab Rangoon, house rice, chicken finger and it's all delicious.
I have been going to Chin's Kitchen for over 30 years. When I lived in Ludlow, I went there. When I lived in Chicopee, I went there. And now when in Springfield, they remain my go-to, and always will. Though they've changed owners the food is exactly the same amazing food it has always been. Their customer service is amazing. Online, I accidentally ordered bbq spare ribs instead of boneless & I called and no problem. They fixed my error and have always been so kind. Their wonton soup is the best you'll ever have. No one can beat their Gen Tsos. Their Kung Pao chicken is to die for. Their chicken fingers and boneless ribs are the best. So few things are as good as I remember them from childhood, but Chins Kitchen is one of those few places where the flavor and quality of food has remained amazing. When I'm having a bad day or a stressed day, they are my security blanket. It is so reassuring to know I can order from them and have amazing food & great service. I can't say enough good things about them. I was so happy when they started delivering to Springfield. Also, it's worth mentioning their prices are fantastic. It's so difficult to find a place with amazing food, great prices and friendly customer service, but Chins is one of those few places.
I ordered the beef and broccoli and white rice. Both white rice and broccoli were over cooked which made it inedible. Won't be ordering again from this place when there's plenty of higher quality restaurants around

Chicken fingers are the best I've ever had, delicious. Also ordered dumplings, broccoli with garlic sauce, and crab rangoons. The dumplings are small and the dough is very thin, flavor is great though. The broccoli was cooked perfectly, the sauce was a little thin and spicey with red pepper, not alot of garlic flavor, but very good. The crab rangoon size and wonton was good, filling was a little overboard on the cream cheese, would prefer more crab and some green onion for flavor. Overall, very solid food and will definitely order again! Especially the chicken fingers.
