I can’t speak for their quality of business, however, their quality of character is terrible. Driving down the highway, some rocks had flown off the back end of their truck and showered my windshield, creating two golf ball sized cracks, rendering my windshield very damaged and needing to be replaced. When I phoned this company to inquire about resolving this issue while still driving behind their rock truck, I gave them the license plate number and time to prove that their truck was responsible. they basically called me a liar and that it was impossible that their truck created the damage. I gave them the opportunity to rectify the situation by providing a copy of the invoice to have the windshield fixed, and they continued to deny responsibility. Upon reading their reviews, this is not the first time this has happened and it probably won’t be the last. I am very disappointed with this locally owned company in Chilliwack. I am glad that there are other options in Chilliwack

Terrible customer service!! One of their water trucks was throwing up huge rocks from its tires on the highway and cracked my windshield. When I called the company the owner wouldn't even talk to me on the phone, and because it wasn't a gravel truck, wouldn't do any thing about my now broken windshield. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone! A business truck is a business truck and if it causes damage to some else's vehicle they should do the right thing and fix it.

Very Disappointed with their lack of responsibility over their gravel trucks. Very careless and no consideration for other vehicles on the road.
