Expected the regular sized bowling ball that am used to. Surprise!! Kids friendly equals tiny nuggets that you get to roll.. was quite awkward to clutch and bowl. Other than that, the fun and vibes are top class. The place is in need of a good scrub and some breath of fresh air. Smells and looks 70s. All that said the place is good for an hr or two of fun that kids won't complain too much about.
This is one of the most poorly neglected business in all of Chilliwack. I feel terrible for their employees; the poor guy was the only person working there on a busy Saturday night. It seemed like a lot for him to manage. He double booked our lane making us wait 40 minutes and almost did the same thing to another group! And the owner “doesn’t allow a tip option on the machine for the bartender!! That’s cruel!! The place has had no updates in years, it’s pretty scummy looking. There could be so much potential to make it better but I guess as long as they get their money their satisfied.
Also expected a larger bowling ball, they are quite tiny.. however the price is right and the staff are very friendly. I I had a good time with my buddy. I had been wanting to go bowling for a number of years and finally bit the bullet. Glad I did.
Such a fun time out in Chilliwack! Next time we will pay for the hour rate instead of just two games. It was the same price, but we could have easily played 3 games with 3 of us.
Cheap, fun place. It's a shame I won't recommend going here as an older employee with a beard was visibly frustrated at special needs children and yelled unprovoked at a lady that didn't open the bathroom door correctly.
We had a lot of fun. 3 games for 60 is decent. I can have a beer as well. I hope the new owners put some money into upkeep and paint etc dated and a bit dingy run down looking
The owner low key hates this place but he's an absolute gem and so is this bowling alley. People love it for its archaic atmosphere- don't change anything
Old school gem in the heart of downtown Chilliwack. Great for families, friends or first dates. There’s even a pub connected so you can grab a beer while your kids bowl.
Great time as always missed going since before covid. We will be back
It needs some investment in bringing it out of 1976. But it's a fun place to throw a ball down a lane with friends.
