Arrived at 6:30pm and was looking forward to a delicious dinner. My parents ordered off the menu, while I explored the buffet. Sadly the buffet featured many items that were overcooked, dried, or inedible. The shrimp was awesome. The butter chicken dry. The onion pakora was so dried-out it was impossible to chew. Same with the Potato Pakora. Staff were kind and attentive. Both of my parents menu ordered items were excellent. I do NOT recommend the buffet.
Food is good and tasty. Portions in restaurant are quite good for the price. Take out however was disappointing and expensive for the amount we got. Spent $40 on 2 dishes thinking it would feed 2 people and it was enough for one and maybe a little extra. One dish, we got enough chicken that would make up 1 chicken breast and it was $17. Won't be ordering take out from here again. If we eat here again it will have to be dine in. Our go to Indian food restaurant in Winnipeg gives twice the portion size for take out for the same price.
I ordered the lamb curry spicy and OMG it was sooooo delicious!!! I luv anything spicy and this dish was on point!!! My husband got the buffet but didn’t feel good after; he felt bloated and had an upset stomach unfortunately!! But I would come back definitely for the lamb dish!!
I travel to Brandon every month. I havent missed it yet. I always use buffet menu. Everything is perfect and tasty. The sraff are also very polite and approachable
Food was not pure indian, I believe. More like indo-chinese. It was buffet time, so lots of options. The rice pulao had hard parts in it, which would say some of it was old. The staff was great. They offered free naan too. The washroom was clean. Price was reasonable. Would give it a second shot if I get the chance.
Amazing Indian food! Always fresh, incredibly friendly staff, and tasty. There are pages and pages of options that meet any dietary restrictions. As a vegetarian I was happy to see almost two full pages of just veggie options. My partner and I go for lunch pretty regularly and it is consistently good.
We ordered dal makhni, malai kopta,kadhai paneer and butter chicken but I like kadhai paneer most. Good quality and good quantity but cutlery or disposable plates and bowls not available for take out.
I love ordering the Chicken Curry. It's delicious and the portion is so large I usually have leftovers to enjoy the next day. The staff are always friendly. I love it so much I order almost every week :
Food was fresh and hot. We are from Vancouver so found it very mild. The choices were excellent, chicken 3 or 4 ways, great rice fresh naan, way less costly then ordering 3 dishes compared to a choice of maybe 20. There's also an ice cream cooler. Vegetarian options: Lots of veg dishes. You like Indian food, if you don't need it spicy hot, you can't go wrong.
Interior is good, however Food is really awful. Their appetizers are good. However don’t ever try their paneer dosa, chilli mushroom and mango mock tail. It’s waste of money. Food is not worth the money . Not recommend at all. Their staff is always confused . First person comes ask how did we like the food. We tell them what we didn’t like . Second person comes asks the same thing. Third person comes asks the same thing . Needs better management and food. Right now it’s only running because there is no other competition. Otherwise they won’t have survived till now .
