Ordered from door dash, so maybe thats why it's cold and soggy. But the order I got was seriously lacking in sauces, topping and flavor. Didn't get extra sauces that were requested through the app for another meal in the same order
Food excellent, I went into pickup area, very busy, suggest to park, mask up and walk into pickup area; rather than wait in car if lots of cars.... Best salsa, excellent fajitas, ranchero chicken tacos, just BACON burger - Yum
This Chili's has been my 2x per week source for dinner since March when the pandemic lockdown started. Their Curbside Pickup has done a great job overall. Glad to now be able to dine in when I wish.
I visit this location regularly and usually they are 100% on point. This most recent time, though, my steak fajita dish was less than my usual expectation. The store manager immediately addressed my concern and had my meal corrected. Awesome! I love this place!
Ordered door dash over a hour before they closed and my boneless wings were never cooked it looked like. My egg roll was even colder and soggy than the wings were. They gave me 12 nachos for $11 and they were halfway decent but seems like they’re triple charging us for them. Will never eat from there again
Had a online order. Everything was correct. Only thing I could not get pass giving a mandatory tip, when you pay by card. I was going to tip in cash. But a good experience
