This location is in a constant struggle for a good meal and reputable service, cook, and management team. My "medium" steak was sent back TWICE and it still came back this rare. I asked the server for the manager and she said, "All she can do is take the item off your bill," but wouldn't send the manager over. Which made me wonder if they were running without a manager late on a Saturday night. They finally made me a new steak but fully expected me to eat my cold potatoes and broccoli from my first plate. They literally brought out a new steak on a tiny saucer plate. Sadly, every time we go we are always very unsatisfied. We say we'll never go back, but enjoy their menu items and give them a chance to try to redeem themselves.
This location went downhill FAST! We came in on a Tuesday around 5pm. The food took forever and when it arrived everything was burnt and dry. I figured it was just a bad day. The manager came and comped my food that I didn’t touch, also- what happened to the portions? Came back that Saturday as my daughter wanted a burger and same thing… horrible. Waiter brought out our drinks, never brought our chips until we asked 20min laterand from experience I know servers have access to the chips- they don’t come from the back at the 50min mark i asked about our burgers… when they came out they were stale and dry from basically sitting under the heat lamps. They were inedible. When I mentioned it to my server he could care less. We paid and left to go to elsewhere. Not going to attempt a third try. If you want one of the LAST STANDING AMAZING CHILI’S- GO TO OSWEGO! They are fantastic and truly how the company used to be.
I'm sorry to say this...but I will never eat at another Chili's again...ever. Over the years, I supported my local restaurants by ordering takeout regularly during the Covid lock down. The quality of the food at my local Chili's progressively got worse and worse to the point we stopped going. Then it closed down. While we were out, we decided to go to Chili's in a neighboring town. We were eager to get some favorites, hoping that the food quality was isolated to our failed restaurant. Nope. Looks to be a company-wide problem. I ordered the Southwest salad and had chicken tenders substituted for the grilled chicken. The serving size was half of their normal size. Think somewhere between a side salad and lunch portion. The lettuce was mostly iceberg and recently washed. Washed not dried. The chicken portions, 2 tenders, were roughly 3-4 inches long. Think smaller than a child's serving. And then there was the avocado. 2 thinly, and I mean slivers, sliced pieces of avocado. It really was disappointing and nowhere near the $12 we paid for it. My husband got a combo platter. The fries were cold and hard. The rest was okay. The waiter was pleasant and attentive. I just can't bring myself to overpay for food that isn't very good anymore.
Me and my family came here for dinner and were seated on arrival. Our order was taken shortly after our arrival and our food and drink order arrived promptly. Everyone in our party enjoyed the appetizers and main courses. The only drawback was the server took some time after our food was delivered to come back to check on us but other than that we had a good time. This location is definitely a good option for a family night out. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with kid friendly options and games.
We live nearby and no matter how many times we have come to this location we have always left upset. I think it’s time for us to officially put chilis on the skip list instead of having it as a easy weekly spot for us to eat at. Tonight was no different. It was not crowded like always and we asked for a booth and the host declined saying that he did not have any available despite me counting six open booths on the active side of the restaurant. I Hidden watched him seat the next three groups in those open booths that he declined to put us in. Our server was friendly when she greeted us and that is about the only positive I can give. We ordered fried mozzarella as an appetizer a pasta dish and a salad. After waiting maybe five minutes the main dishes were brought out no side of our appetizer. When we asked where the appetizer was the food delivery person was confused and said you didn’t order one. About five minutes after we got the food our appetizer was then delivered. The food itself was very bland and after I ate the top layer of the pasta it became apparent that there was no other seasoning on the dish. The salad which was advertised as spicy was anything but spicy. Towards the end of our meal I asked for the manager and they never showed up. we waited for about 15 minutes after we paid and since they decided to not show we left. All I wanted to tell him was how we always come here and it’s never good so he could hopefully make changes and we could come back in the future. After spending $60 there we left hungry and upset and had a better meal from the McDonald’s next-door. I think it’s time for corporate to either officially shut this place down or step in and make it work like any other location.
Waited for a short time to get seated asked for a booth but were given a table even though many booths available.. Waitress Hannah was nice but we only saw her 3 times , to take our order, bring out appetizers and bring out dinner- Never brought our refills , had to ask a different waitress for one …. There was a manager floating around and even he couldn’t be bothered to help us…. To top it off the food tasted horrible.. The mozzarella sticks were burnt and greasy and the fajitas were beyond salty..There are plenty of other restaurants to get a great service. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Absolute worst Chili’s do not waste your time. We came here for dinner tonight there were six tables in the whole restaurant. When we first walked in we waited five minutes at the front door then the bartender had to call for a hostess to come up to seat us. We also witnessed the man at the table next to us with a different waitress physically have to get up and walk to the kitchen doors to ask for a refill! Finally our waitress Haley had three tables including us. We had to wait five minutes to place our drink order and then we waited 25 minutes for chips and salsa that never showed up. The table in front of us got their appetizer and their meal while we waited for chips and salsa. Haley is incompetent of being a waitress. The manager offered free gift cards and free kids meals for the poor service. We denied this offer and simply walked out.
Jena is a fantastic server. Very attentive and friendly. Great food with excellent service Burgers are amazing order the bottomless chips so good I love to eat here. When u come here make sure you ask for Jena. Travel photographer from Florida and Chicgo.Food: 5/5
Generally speaking, corporate food is not my favorite, but, Chili's was the venue for the evening. And, off I went. Turns out it was better than I expected. The food limited sampling was better than ok, the service attentive if a bit pushy 3 1/2 stars if I could rate it so and the atmosphere quite nice. Everyone in the venue seemed to well enjoy Chili's. Give it a try...
Justin was my boyfriend and I’s server in the bar area and let me tell you, he is amazing! Not a THING bad about our experience, the whole experience was phenomenal! He was super kind and our food and drinks were delivered super fast and not to mention heavenly the food was amazing. Just 10/10 experience and hope to have him as our server next time! I hope management sees this review, Justin deserves the recognition!
