Extremely professional! This accounting firm is the very best. They worked hard on my business mess. State taxes were filed incorrectly. You'd think as a CPA firm they'd have caught the mistake even after going back twice to get it verified. I won't be going back especially if I have to pay the $250 tax filing fee and go through the headache of fixing such an issue again.

Since I have to give at least one star I can attribute that to good service last year by a former employee of this firm who did excellent work with my taxes. This year however was much different. First, I waited for ten minutes for my tax preparer. Second, I met with Royce for not even TEN minutes in which he decided to reschedule me the following week with another associate to go over my paperwork. I decided to see another CPA and canceled the appointment that Royce had scheduled. Third, I received a $95 bill for apparently wasting his "valuable" time for TEN minutes. I was there to receive and pay for a service that was not met but made worse by his bill. You've been warned folks.

I've had Royce Richards do my taxes and help me with my business for years. They really know their business here and do a great job!

These guys are great. I deal with Ryan Child and he is always able to get us everything we need in a timely fashion. I highly recommend these guys.
