Nice freindly service, the staff takes the time to listen to you so they can better serve you. Lots of big name brand's available. Fare prices, no hassle no gimmicks on Choosing one brand over the other. They seem to want to put your pet first over profit. I haven't seen this type of service in a lomg time.
Great store and great service. However, there was this little display with cat toys that had a screen playing a 20 seconds song in loop. I was in the store for 5 minutes and wanted to stay and look at more products but i couldnt take it anymore. That music was so annoying i had to get out. The employees told me the manager forced them to leave it on for the last 6 months. Im taking two stars off because of that.
