I got a hummus bowl and it was good. I got two different types of hummus, the roasted red pepper was better than the spinach one. You get a ton of hummus but not nearly enough pita bread to eat with it.
The premise of Chickpea is unique but places like Naf Naf have done the same thing for quite some time. The execution may be on a different level but it falls short when you compare two bowls from both places. The quality isn't going to stand out but it will always be good. It really just comes down to what you put in it and what you like. It isn't bad it just isn't what you expect from the hype.
They are good for a snack or meal. Some hummus with a slice of pita bread really hit the spot. All for just $8. Really a good snack type place.
The hummus bowl is delicious! It was so hard to choose the toppings. I'll definitely be back to try more.
It's good but price wise quite expensive hummus bowl with chicken turned out to be $20.
Food was excellently seasoned. I would 100% go again. I ordered the hibiscus tea and the shawarma burrito.
Hummus is good. For $8 they could at least give you two pieces of bread.
