This is one of my favorite places to eat but lately I have been disappointed in the sizes of the pieces of chicken being served. Today's experience was no different and on top of that, I received a very small portion of the potatoes. Used to really love this place. Prices are going up but size and portions are getting smaller.
Yum yum... if I'm in the mood for ribs, this is my place!! They're meaty, fall off the bone, and great flavor. Round it out with roasted potatoes, and the best cole slaw around, and I'm in heaven!! Only drawback is the price, can't go often. But then again, you get what you pay for, and they're the best... enjoy‼
On December 19 we ordered online. We got there ten minutes before we were told to pick up food. It was ready and we brought it home one mile away. Our food was all cold. It was terrible. It was a waste of $50. This was upsetting because they are normally good.
I always ask for my chicken EXTRA well done. No chicken shack ever does it for me lol. This one was no exception. However I did call and complain, I brought it back and the one they remade was amaaazing. It was perfect. And they were really nice about it and gave me an extra chicken tender. I would recommend
Was great. They changed their chicken, now not so good.
Good chicken & fast service. The staff could be a bit friendlier but I do recognize this is a high volume location.
