My daughter and I enjoyed our food and beverage here a few times now. Every time it has been amazing food! An employee was on lunch and her meal looked and smelled really good! Helped me choose what I wanted. Parking: There are plenty of parking from what I could see. Kid-friendliness: There's a kids menu, crayons for coloring on a page. Good food options for youth. Wheelchair accessibility: There aren't any stairs, and tables are far enough away that a wheelchair can come in to eat. It's great!!
Horrible customer service, waitress totally ignored our table. We spent 100 dollars on lunch and she didn't even take the time to check on us once. We had to interrupt her several times to get refills, our bill and a box to take left overs. The food was dry and not what I'm used to for chicken chef. We won't be returning to this location.
Have been stopping here for pick up since the restrictions. Great food. Friendly staff. One could nick pick a 4.5 star due to the dated building state and operational styling, but it's a 5 in my oppinion. Very common for the small local franchises to keep up in rural MB
We stopped in for breakfast. The Oxbow Inn recommended & we're glad they did. The best bottomless cup of coffee and what a bountiful serving for breakfast. 3 eggs, bacon & ham, hash browns that weren't greasy. 2 slices of rye toast & choices of jam & peanut butter. Our server Rachel F. was so attentive, pleasant & professional it was a great way to start the day. The young man cooking did a great job & he checked as well. The owner was there to make sure all went smoothly too. 5 * star recommendation & reasonably priced.
Never got a chance to try the food as we ended up leaving due to horrible service. Waitress fully ignored us as she didnt like the way we asked for a menu after sitting for well over 5 mins without being acknowledged. Finally left when the waitress continued to ignore us and then she served people who arrived after us. Tried to talk to a manager and her before we left and find out why she did that. No managers around and she only gave excuses and no apology. Never experienced such bad service anywhere!
I got a salad from their and my croutons were stale and I paid 13.00 for this salad it should have fresh ingredient I wasn’t happy with my salad also my poutine was soggy.
You gotta try the chicken. It’s so good. The server was quick and friendly, food overall tasted good. I’d recommend if you are in Carman and wanna sit down for a meal with friends and family.
