Food was tasty lasagna and the staff friendly and welcoming. They also left us in peace to enjoy our meal and take our time to sort out some issues. I very much appreciated that but it would have been nice to have an occasional visit to check on our water levels yes, I was thirsty. Atmosphere is fine for a such a place and the Chicken Chef doesn't pretend to be fine dining.
Quick stop for dinner. Lots of take out orders so getting our “eat in” meals took longer than we expected. We were the only ones in the restaurant too. Russell is a sleepy town, guess it’s expected. It’s a part of the town’s charm! Food was good. Deep fried perogies never disappoint.
We ordered at 6:18pm and didn't receive our order till an an hour and twenty mins later. Didn't send our Pepsi, no forks or napkins, no salt or pepper or ketchup we were in a hotel! Fries were soggy and Luke warm. Our salad was less than. On a plus side the ladies were polite. Definitely need more care in food preparation and service on a timely manner.
Food was good. Unable to have a beer as it was all underage people working. Had to ask for my bill and never saw a waitress after we got our food.Food: 5/5

My server Kimy was very friendly! She was very knowledgeable, and let us know of all the best dishes. She was fairly quick at serving and was so bright and bubbly. I could tell she really enjoys her job! Food was good.

Well this started as a last idea what I was going to have for supper on the nite of November 20/21. I fueled up at the petro and I looked over and seen chicken chef . Well I called and made a order and asked how long it would be and as I’m parking outside on the st . I made a joke and make the girl laugh and next thing I know she says 5 mins and it would be ready . Wow I was so happy. I walked in and it was there ready . The girls I talked to was so friendly and laughing with me I felt so privileged and respected. My supper was delicious and I enjoyed it . Tks to all the great staff for helping me get feed and back on the road. Great job !
