Great food, amazing fried chicken, perfectly fried to a golden brown, with thick bread coating, delicious baked beans, and Mac and cheese. Service was fast, friendly, and very helpful. Clean store.

Only positive thing I can say about company is that employees are polite. Down fall prices doesn't match their menu at all not even close. I ordered a Bacon cheese burger meal which on the menu was only 15.99 which came with fries. Along with a strawberry shake. Which I was expecting it to be maybe 20 dollars tops. It came to 27.03 and was told it would only be 20 minutes since I was only 5 minutes down the road I was like awesome. So after over a hour had passed I called. The girl apologized it's because they are busy and that it was on the way. 25 minutes after that call the food showed up fries and burger was extremely cold. And the strawberry shake was warm and insanely melted. Very disappointed and aggravated by entire experience of the outcome of the food. Don't order for delivery. Might have better chance with in person. But as for me I will never order from here again.
The fried chicken sandwich was just chicken tenders with lettuce and tomato on a dry, cold kaiser roll. The chicken was clearly very fresh and was hand-breaded, but ended up dry and poorly seasoned, so the whole experience was disappointing, especially as someone who really loved fried chicken. It was served with a side of barbecue sauce that tasted like straight molasses. The mac and cheese needed much more salt and tasted like a box of Velveeta. Two stars instead of one because they clearly have good chicken, the execution however, is very lacking.
We get takeout here regularly and it never disappoints! Chicken is cooked to perfection no matter what style we get, every time. Generous side portions, delivers on time or earlier, friendly staff. Love Chicken Charlie's! I highly recommended this place.
This is our favorite go to for a quick but substantial take out meal. Raised in the south, I crave southern coleslaw. Charlie's creamy slaw is the closest I've found in Northern Vermont. The fried chicken is also solid. Everything we've ever ordered has been consistently prepared well & ready for easy pickup. These guys are a staple for our busy household. Thank you. EDIT: still good but the last few pickups have been lacking. Wrong items added to order & dried out chicken. We'll try them again but attention to quality has diminished a bit.
Usually good chicken breast. Their gravy is delicious. I love their mashed potatoes, homemade baked beans & coleslaw. But I had a gyro this time and it wasn't good, Pita was burnt, I had to go through the chicken pieces to select the ones that were "good" and barely any sauce & the tzatziki sauce had 0 taste, very disappointing.
I love their chicken tenders. Moist, succulent, and meaty. I usually order a pound, which is enough to eat half and bring the other half home for later. The Mac and cheese is also very good. My only regret is that they are not in my home town.
