I took Tuesday off work just to get my fried chicken fix. Juicy chicken, crispy fries. Note: They are closed between 2 and 2:30 pm for cleaning.
The fries are perfect and the chicken not to oily and cooked right..This place has been around for a long time. I'm glad to still see it up and running still..This Chick-N-Joy ain't like the others ones...Feels more family type.
We finally got here when they're open. Amazing chicken - even the white meat is super moist. I wonder how they do it? Fries are very nice, crispy and soft. Probably the best fried chicken I've ever had.
The chicken is great but Chick-N-Joy has the best french fries in the city.
Foods amazing customer service is horrible.. I came all the way from Scarborough as the website says it closed at 630 and at 5:09 the lady put her hand up in the window showing 5 fingers shaking her head no..
Really want to like this place given it is family owned, but the staff are very rude... Maybe the original owners Parents? were friendly and I never had the pleasure of meeting them but my experience today was very negative.
