Excellent! The best service fastfood restaurant i have ever seen!nNew opening! Everything is excellent. The environment is every clean and comfortable.nVery tasty and good looking chicken sandwiches.nThanks for the good team, Mark, Princess, Zachery and so on. They provided very friendly and professional service. You just stay in your table and they will pick your order and deliver meal as soon as possible.nnI just ordered 2 sauces for my deep fried potato waffles. Zachery actively asked me if there every good and I just greedily asked for one more flavorHoney mustard. He didn't hesitate for a second and gave me on immediately. I feel so warm for that.nnFor the food, everything is perfect. Juicy sandwiches with crispy chicken. Don't miss out deep fried potato waffles, it's highly recommendand I recommend the chick-fil-A sauce and honey mustard.
I recently visited the new Chick-fil-A location in Newmarket, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed! Despite the restaurant being crazy busy, the service was incredibly fast and efficient.nnCheryl, who served us, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service during such a high-pressure time, and Cheryl truly stood out.nnThe food was fresh, delicious, and met the high quality Chick-fil-A is known for. I hope the service and quality remain consistently excellent at this location. Looking forward to coming back soon!
I’ve been to the drive in and the restaurant area and both were great experiences. The staff they’ve hired are great people. For the drive in, they had attendants outside taking orders to speed up the process. The attendant Frances helped us pick what we wanted since it was our first time ordering from there. I’m also teaching my son 9 how to order and be more confident- she took his order and made him feel very good about his ordering skills!nnThe only disappointing thing is when I ordered the sweetened iced tea, 3/4 of my cup was ice so when I went back again I asked for light ice and then the iced tea was still warm lol so I’m trying to find a way to strike a balance so I can get the perfect iced tea that’s not too icy and not too warm! I’m almost there!nnWhen we went to the drive thru, it was fast and efficient. Our order was perfect!nnWhen we went to the restaurant, Frances was there serving our table coincidentally. She and the other hostess there sorry, didn’t get her name was superb! Such a great experience all in all.nnOne thing to mention is the chicken is very very salty! But I guess it is a fast food place so that’s how it is :
First time trying but probably no second visit. Chicken is way too salty to our taste! Table service is great and the Chick-fil-A sauce was not bad. However, the waffle fries' texture was oddly spongy and soft?!
FINALLY!! straight from the U.S. to Newmarket!! Great spicy chicken sandwiches!! Waffle fries are good. Service is even better...I chose to eat in as the drive through was over 50 cars long with 2 cop cars theresee pic..insane!! Eating in though, I got a table right away from the nicest guy, Shawn, and then a server came right to my table to take my order. I paid on the spot and my order came to my table in 3.46 minutes I timed it. Incredible considering how busy and packed this place is!! Great food, even better customer service, what more can I say!! 5 stars for sure and I will be going back many times!!
