2023 March - purchased during their first week open 5/5: 25 minute drive thru wait or line up out the door in the rain...still worth it... Had the Spicy Sandwich meal with an orange juice and their waffle fries...the fries 4.5/5 could have been crispier but still were great especially with the Chick-fil-A sauce 5/5...the fact that they offer juice options apple, orange, lemonade is a 5/5 IMO as you are not just limited to pop...the spicy sandwich 5/5 was delicious though a bit on the smaller side than I expected. Also had the deluxe with cheddar 4/5 ... it was okay, the chicken was nice but besides that a tad boring...

Went to chick -fil-A to see what all the fuss was about. It was good! We had the deluxe chicken and club chicken. We ordered chicken strips but they were really spicy. Definitely recommend you try it out!!

The food is great, the staff are friendly. The drive thru is chaotic and still needs some work. During our wait there were cars that were getting mixed up on where to go so there were almost a couple accidents in the lot. The sweet teas had so much ice in them that you’re really only getting just over half a cup of drink shown in image. Despite the lot and the crazy amount of ice in the drinks, I enjoyed the food! I’m sure it’ll get better with time :

Had the number one chicken burger, it was the best chicken burger! We didn’t realize we needed to order sauce separately so we were sad we didn’t get to try that. Kids meal was great, loved the healthier options. Waffle fries were good and Cobb salad was yummy! Justin B was phenomenal with helping us decide what to order, and very personable. We will definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and good kids menu choices

Mangers take note, Your employee Divine is amazing. Great attitude, kind, patient and helpful. She really brightened our day. Second time ordering from this location, food is fresh, delicious and speedy! Dietary restrictions: KETO friendly if you research your orders. For instance the grilled non breaded nuggets.

UPDATE: The restaurant contacted me and was super apologetic. Clearly they just opened and there’s always growing pains. They were able to rectify the issues and I’m excited to go back tomorrow as honestly the food was delicious but in my case just the wrong order. I originally posted this as a 2 star review but after finally speaking with someone the level of customer service was fantastic and I feel they needed a slight bump in stars. We visited the North Barrie location last Tuesday around dinner time and after a 40 minute + wait we just wanted to get home and eat our food. We made the mistake of trusting the order accuracy and didn’t check the bag… 20 minutes later we get home excited to dig in and 12 nuggets were missing and both burgers were wrong. The food ultimately was delicious but in trying to get the issue rectified we couldn’t find a number for the store. We called the 1-800 number who told us to watch our email but it’s been days without anything. It was $10 in missing nuggets alone plus we paid for more expensive sandwiches and got cheaper items. It happens, they just opened but I really was hoping they’d have fixed this for us by now because we’d love to be repeat customers and get what we ordered.

Had the waffle fries and damn they were so freaking good!! I had the grilled chicken club sandwich. It was very juicy and flavourful! Honestly the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. And the fries are unbelievable…simply perfect. I don’t care if I had to wait 2min or an hour. It’s totally worth the wait cause the quality of the food is worth it. I’ll be coming back again with my family.

I don’t normally give reviews but it was my first time here and I must say it was a big mess. I got 4 spicy deluxe, 1 Cobb salad, 4pc chicken n strip with 3 milkshakes. The food was good I must say that, the milkshake was also good; not too sweet and the staff was friendly. But I waited almost an hour in total for my meal. I got my milkshakes but no food. Everyone behind me was getting their orders but I was there waiting. With a lot of back and forth and them having to take my bill to check, they finally gave me my food. No food is worth that experience; they need to be more organized. The guy that made sure I get my order offered to have me order anything else I wanted but I refused. I just wanted what I paid for. Make sure to check your orders before leaving!!

Ordered a spicy deluxe combo with lemonade. Deluxe combo with sweet tea and two kids meals. Service was fast. Food was hot and fresh. I love how the amount of sauces you order they give you. You want six and mix and match? They give you exactly what you order. I love that. Can’t wait to go back.

My daughter and I tried it for the first time and I ordered a Chick-fil-a original but they gave me spicy. It was delicious but I’m still paying for it the next day. Spicy doesn’t sit well with me. But I will go back. The chicken is tender and flavourful. The buns soft and delicious and I enjoyed the waffle fries. What I found a treat was the different choices of pop. I love cherry coke! Thank you!
