Well, this location is super busy so my advice avoid waiting in line and order in advance via their website. I was in line and I decided to order in line. It is a bit slow but definitely better than waiting in line. The quality of their food is consistent with their other branches and I gotta say that I loved every bite of it. I didn’t like their unsweetened ice tea. It tasted like diluted old tea! Their fries are amazing. All in all I think it’s the best place in the food court.
Great location. Good line system. Fast service. Tastiest chicken sandwich. Great selection of sauces. Waffle fries are amazing. Milkshake tops off everything so well!
Just to be clear, I am not giving “5” because of the food quality. There was a couple of other issues. The food was great, unarguably! The two issue were: 1- Although they have a dedicated space for them, but management decided not to use it, rather just use the common area at the food court, which is quite crowded! A Sushi bar in the same location decided to take the lead and better serve there customers and use their dedicated area. I wonder why can’t Chick Fil A do the same. 2- my order was late getting out of the kitchen around 15 minutes after I paid, and the excuse was that salad preparation take long time! Unfortunately, the order was missing two sandwiches; luckily I was dining in so I could go back and get the missing sandwiches!
This is a branch in the foodcourt of YorkDale Mall. At the time we went, about 50% of diners got their food from this chain. We were not surprised why it is a popular after we got our orders. Chix are crispy out, tender and juicy in. The crisscut potatos are fun and delicious. I like their ketchup packaging too
I had Chick-fil-A three times in the states, never had a bad experience. Great location to put a Chick-fil-A, the service is always fast and on point. If you can, try to get there before lunch/dinner hours to avoid the line. Chicken tasted fresh and juicy, waffle fries tasted like it's oven baked instead of deep fried. Feels like a "healthier" option for fast food. We got two spicy chicken deluxe combo and 8 pieces of chicken nuggets for $36. Price isn't bad for the amount of food you get, and could even be considered "cheap" compare to other fast food chains.

First time trying Chick-Fil-A and I ordered the four chicken strips combo . I loved the taste and flavour of the chicken strips, by far the best I have tried in some time and the polynesian sauce balanced the heat of the chicken strips, it was so good. The reason for the four star review instead of five, unfortunately I did not enjoy the waffle fries. The waffle fries lacked seasoning and crisp but I would still recommend trying Chick-Fil-A.
I went there with family to grab 3 burgers. It’s was 7:00pm and line up is long as usual. The burger taste good however, everything is soggy. It looks like it has been pre-made and put in the foil bag for a while. Food is warm. A little disappointed as other location is way better.
Honestly, don’t understand the hype. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and the star of the show was the waffle fries. I wish they had better pickles. This was my second time trying chick-fil-a, I’ll probably try their chicken tenders next time. As always, the line was long but went by quick. The thing about chick-fil-a is that the service is really good. I definitely prefer the popeyes chicken sandwich though. Vegetarian options: I would think the fries, but I’m not use what type of oil they use. They do offer salads that you can get without any type of poultry. Kid-friendliness: Kiss menu. Parking: Yorkdale parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator access to the food court. Dietary restrictions: It does not appear that they carry gluten or dairy free options.
You need to have Chick-fil-A if you like chicken sandwiches, tenders, or just chicken in general. They are legendary for their chicken sandwich. Simple but juicy, tender, flavourful chicken. If toy want a kick then go spicy. The chicken nuggets are chunks of real chicken. Perfect for kids with some chick fil a dipping sauce. I'm so happy they have a location here in Canada. Please bring more!
