Great customer service but this is the slowest Chick-Fil-A I have been to! The food is delicious though!
I was craving Chick-fil-a before I had to go into work, I wait in the long line and place my order get up to the window, pay and leave. As soon as I get to my moms work to eat with her I notice that the gave me the wrong sandwich. Yes I got the spicy deluxe but I did not order no tomatoes and no pickles. I was not happy when I seen that because I like the sandwich how it comes. Being Chick-fil-A you should know that you guys have a long drive thru line and to keep track of orders, especially if people have food allergies and what not. And yes, I know what it’s like working a drive thru because I do that as well, and I get if you have new people but maybe they shouldn’t be working the drive-thru
I don't know how hard it is to have coffee ready on a Saturday morning 30 minutes after opening, but I've never worked fast food. Maybe there's some intricate or elaborate ritual that goes into such things. So far? 4 Saturdays in a row, no coffee ready. What's even weirder? I don't even drink coffee, but have witnessed with great amusement the look of surprise on the staff's face when people order coffee. Wild stuff.
This morning I had forgot my debit card and was unable to pay for my breakfast. The staff gave me the breakfast for free . Thank you so much God bless all of you . The girl that was taking my order was so kind and understanding. Once again what an amazing place .
Long lines as usual, but unfortunately it looked like they were short staffed and the only person taking orders inside was in training so he was slow. The place was decorated for Christmas and looked cool. The chicken sandwich was delicious except for the 2 pickles at the end of it.Food: 4/5
As always, this place is busy. But the food and the service will continue to keep this place busy. They also handle the traffic better than any other fast food restaurant. Try waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce if you’ve never been.
I went here once, and it took forever to get 1 cup of coffee, so when I went here this time, I asked if there was any. The cashier said yes, but when she went to get some, she apologized and said there wasn't and asked if I would wait for some. Normally, I would, but I said no, thank you, I was forgotten last time. She then offered me cold coffee, vanilla, or regular. I accepted. Now, usually, I would be very upset, but something about this cashier made me very happy. So thank you to her! You should keep and find more like her!! Cheyenne wy!!
Unmatched quality and friendliness of staff! Only complaint could be that it is always packed and/or long drive thru line, but that goes to show how well it is loved. My new favorite is the market Salad. Kid-friendliness: A favorite of all our kids.
I love Chick Fil A, so I couldn’t make this a one star. But a one star would be deserved. We decided to order some ice cream a shake and some soft serve on the app for pick up in store. The store was almost completely empty. The drive thru was almost completely empty. Yet my fiancé waited inside for items that should have taken about 30 seconds to prepare. And he watched and listened to 6 employees all chilling up front gossiping about their new pay raises, how they sold more salads last year, and how they weren’t very busy the night before because all the fancy rich people were at the governors ball instead. Lovely. I mean this location is always really slow, but I let it go because it’s the only location in the state. But that was just some next level bs.
Hey, if you love Chick-fil-A then you'll love this place. It's a little busy because it's very popular, but the food is great and the service is off the charts. Let me give you an example of their service. I was with a group of middle school students and they wanted to go to Chick-fil-A for lunch. As we pulled up to the restaurant, we noticed the parking lot was completely full and the drive thru line was backed up all the way out of the parking lot. We were undeterred and we had our bus driver park in a larger parking lot of a neighboring business across the street. We got out and made our way over to the restaurant until we noticed the signs on the windows indicating that in person dining was not allowed. We walked away dissapointed. We weren't upset that we couldn't dine in, but that we wouldn't get Chick-fil-A for lunch; can't take a bus through a drive thru. As we were nearing the bus, I heard someone from behind yelling so I turned around and noticed a young Chick-fil-A employee running toward us. She had run through the their parking lot around cars and through landscaping. When she caught up to us she asked if we wanted to return and place an order. We wouldn't be allowed to dine in, but she said she would get her manager to help us out. We returned to the restaurant and she along with the manager took each of our orders. When the food was ready she even offered to help take it to the bus for us. What other restaurant or business has that kind of service?? No one else does! Just incredible! Someone give that young woman a raise! Chick-fil-A food is phenomenal and the service is just as good or better. I'm a loyal customer for life!
