Chick Fiesta

We often go there for dine in and take out and have a few issues in the past regarding the food quality and quantity, I was letting it go but it's just enough for me and my family this time. Last nite we were there for dine in, after placing an order for almost $73 the food and customer service we got was on it's very lowest level. They forgot to serve us the drinks was included in the order and served us only the water after we requested, the water in the jug we would not even use in our washroom, water jug was so dirty that no one can drink water from it. When I reminded them about our drinks they were so busy to the extent that I have to wait a few minutes to get them but myself. There so called Zinger burger price is $7.99 plus tax and quality of it was horrible. I paid almost $12 plus tax for my son's steak sandwich which was made by expired bread which was breaking down eventually in small peaces and the meat inside wasn't even steak it was just filled with a few pieces of meat with some cheese and some veg that's all. When we complaint about the food the all we got it our chicken burgers replaced with same quality NOT even a zinger but just a small tiny kids chicken burger with very thin slice of normal chicken. NO steak sandwich was replaced. The lady who served us at the counter was polite with lots off apologies and blaming the persons working inside the kitchen who are just new people and don't bother what they're cooking and serving to the people who are spending alot of money for just nothing. Poor quality Food and poor customer service. No recommendations for this place to go and spending precious time, expensive gas and hard earned money. Thank you.

Amazing experience! The staff is super kind and accommodating. We came late for an order pick up and he was so concerned about the onion rings going soggy that he made a whole new batch. Food was absolutely delicious!

Service was good. Price was good. Food was okay. The flavors weren’t really noticeable. We had to use the bottled sauces to add flavor. Only the fried chicken had some sort of flavor to it. The onion rings were good though. It wasn’t oily as with most places. I think if they focus on making it more flavorful then this place can really be a great spot. Also the tables need to be cleaned more thoroughly. I give 5 stars because there was no terrible experience.

Once you walk in there are clear signs and all measures taken to implement social distancing ..... this makes it easier to have the experience in the restaurant be pleasant .... for my first time at this location the food is amazing.... I had the whole chicken half regular and have mild spicy and the chicken is bomb ......I will be back as soon as possible... the food is made fresh and the spices are mouth watering .... customer service was great and patient I might add ... chick fiesta was very neat , clean and organized.... open to serve during this pandemic.... the prices are reasonable as well.... food for everyone in the family

Had lunch here for the first time today. The chicken wrap had just the right amount of spice and the onion rings were nice and thick and not too greasy. The customer service was very friendly, some of best I've seen. I like the fact that you can have your meal mild, medium or spicy. There's even bottles of their Peri Peri sauce for sale too! The meat is also certified Halal. Overall, I had a great experience here for my first time trying South African style chicken. Please note, the quality of the meat is excellent. Don't expect fast food quality. You definitely get what you pay for. If you're expecting a large portion at a cheap price, then this wouldn't be the right place for you. The staff take their time preparing the food so it's just right. I'll definitely be back!

Absolutely LOVE this place! My family orders here at least twice a week. Their zinger burger, peri fries, spicy nuggets and poutine are some of our favorites. The food is always fresh and the staff is super friendly. I have family that come here from all over gta.

Ordered the Chicken burger and fries. The size was like a kids meal size. Wasn't worth the price. The chicken was very thin. Taste wasn't bad but I won't be going back again.

How do you serve this to your customers? I've been a loyal customer for years but enough is enough. How as a business do you serve this? Do you not have any common sense? Or any credibility?? I should drive back and have you eat this burnt garbage. You have on multiple occasions provided double fried French fries and now this. Absolutely disgusting. Thank you for stealing my money. I will never frequent your business and I will forward this to everyone I know. Thanks for nothing!

Food tasted pretty good and I loved their spiciness. The peri peri fries were really good. The peri peri chicken was great and I was amazed by the sauce. The Kabab included with the raven platter was a fusion of peri peri and south asian spices and I found it juicy. Loved it with the fries. The salads and customer service have lots of room for improvement or else I would have provided five stars. Keep it up guys.

If you want really spicy chicken, this is the place. I tried their 2 pc chicken with peri fries for the special price of $7.90. It was spicy and good taste chicken - but somehow loss some of its peri-peri flavor which I had before. Hope they will maintain a standard with every meal.
