Good variety of soups, appetizers, fried chicken. Most seats are divided in their own little rooms which felt very cozy. Food was great and portions were large. Be aware that fried chicken wings only have two flavors, while the more variety of flavors are boneless. Would try one of the many combo options to share with two next time

The best halal Korean fried chicken I’ve tried hands down! We came during lunch and the atmosphere is very inviting and the booths are very comfortable + private. There are buttons to call the servers and they arrive fairly quickly. The side dishes are very tasty + their kimchi has a hint of sweetness which is nice! For the best part, the chicken was very crispy and flavourful. We got the honey garlic chicken and were surprised with how large the quantity is. There were high quality large cuts of chicken and is great for sharing between 2-3 people. The topokki was also delicious and spicy and a perfect amount for sharing. Will definitely be coming here again with a larger group of friends!

Food was great, chicken was tasty and portions were good. Some places... the portions of chicken are small and the breading is heavy. Not so here. Did definitely enjoy the food. The service however.. seemed it was only one guy serving the place, we waited about 8 minutes to be seated. Fine. Took another 15 minutes for our order to be taken, then we waited about 35 minutes before our food arrived.

Don't let the outside appearance of the restaurant fool you! They have a pretty deep restaurant unit, nice interior vibe, food and service is great! Chi-mac and Song Cook's is the same place, they offer a mix menu! The Korean food was so delicious here! We ordered their jajangmyeon, garlic chicken, garlic and honey chicken and original chicken. There was so much food for 3 people. The 3 side dishes were really good as well. Service was pretty good. The tables have a bell ringing system to call the waiter or to get the bill. Their bell was pretty efficient! Their staff were nice and friendly. It's a bit pricier than Owl of Minerva, but it is not one of those multi-chain restaurants. Location wise, if you miss the turn to get into the plaza, turn at Blundell road and enter near the end of the road. It's a safer turn than heading in westbound on Dundas St E. Definitely a closer alternative to delicious Korean food in the east end of Mississauga.

We were served by their manager "Ko" We ordered Takoyaki, Deep Fried Dumpling, Candy Chicken and Soy Garlic Chicken. All of the food was amazing and tasty. The candy chicken is told to be spicy, but it wasn't spicy enough, if you like medium spicy this is one of the best dishes. Do try their Candy chicken with rice, this combo tastes real good! The restaurant itself has a lot of space, and also personal cabinets to sit, so you can have your privacy. Overall, it is a must visit! If you're in Mississauga, do try Chi-Mac!

An excellent place for chicken and beer. Everything tasted great. Only a few minor things: - The spring onion complimenting the fried chicken is too dry - The army soup did not have any sausage so we had to ask for them The waitress was super nice and apologetic and they proceeded to fix the food. It is a bit on the expensive end though

Hey guys, This spot is a great little spot. With fantastic food, considering places like this are still up and running despite covid is impressive. The service was great, considering they were seriously under staffed. We were really impressed. More importantly, the food was perfect. And the staff was very nice. I would recommend this place for a date night, or just a night out with some friends and good food. Keep up the great work!! Great food and great place! Until next time, Akil

Used to dine in pre-pandemic, back when it was Song Cook's only. Recently ordered delivery via Skip The Dishes, from this restaurant - and sticking with our favourite go-to orders: Chicken Bibimbap, and Kalbi Tang. Flavours and portions were great! One disappointment was no banchan included. Not even kimchi which is standard from most Korean restaurants...

Great family run business, the waiters were very friendly and the food was amazing. This was my first time trying Koren fried chicken and it doesn't get better than this! We tried the candy chicken and soy garlic chicken and both were really tender while crunchy on the outside. All in all a 5 star experience and their entire menu is halal! Our server was absolutely amazing. He made sure we were enjoying our food and had an amazing energy that made us love the place even more. The detail inside was amazing!! Such a beautiful restaurant & AMAZING food. We had the combo for 1 with black bean noodles & soy garlic chicken for with Kimchi Fries as an appetizer and it filled both myself and my boyfriend since the portions are so big!! 100% visiting again with friends and family
