Food was mediocre at best. The server I guess is also the owner since everyone was calling her Loulou. She was not very warm or accommodating, I was trying to ask questions and she was walking away and tending to other customers. She seemed to be nice mainly to her regulars that she was familiar with but not to us new comers. I ordered the basic eggs, bacon and a side pancake style of plate. Coffee was watered down and lukewarm. The beans came in a plastic tiny cup and she brought me my toast almost at the end of my meal and the total was almost 20$. I really don't see how this place is that popular, maybe because Mercier doesn't have many breakfast places to begin with. I'm giving 2 stars and this is me being very generous. I won't be coming here again.
Definitely did not feel welcomed here at all. The older waitresse served and took care of her multiple customers before telling me to sit anywhere. The busboy with all the tatoos offered me coffee minutes after I sit down. He completely ignores me when I ask for water. A local sits behind and are immediately served water and coffee. The waitress never checked in or asked anything after being served food. I got the Mc dodo which was over priced and below average. Tons of butter on the English muffin, one measly egg, decent bacon and unmelted cheese. The potatoes varied temperatures oddly as well. Not worth the price at all. I rather eat at Tim Hortons instead of this place. I think you have be apart of the majority demographic there to get good service.

Best all around family restaurant serving a hearty heart warming breakfast. Smiles , quality service guarantied. Feel at home style service and great coffee ensures a great breakfast experience. Went for breakfast, no waiting, good service, great prices and good food. No complaints, will go back again.
Breakfast was mediocre and cool. Pancakes tasted like fish oil. We had a group of 8 and the majority agreed that we all had better. Usually this place is good. Don't know what happened this morning but the food was bad as the watered coffee. Sorry for the rating but I know you have done better.
Service is great and friendly. Food is good. Worth stopping if hungry and passing by and you want more of a home cooked meal than fast food.
Decent price for food quality/taste but there is no ambiance, this place could use some renovation. The service was quite nice but not overwhelming. Limited vegeterian options so I'm probably not coming back.
Love this place! I always take “Le Nick” price is really good for what you get. Employees are nice and very welcoming!
