Amazing! Don’t miss if you ate anywhere in the valley and looking for authentic Thai. If you are at a campsite anywhere around the Cobden/shawville/renfrew area and don’t want to cook one night….come here! I drove from where I lived in Cobden on a rainy day and it brightened my day! Will definitely be back to get my favourite green curry again. Very bright and cheerful staff. And good beer selection!

You will not find a more fresh or authentic Thai restaurant anywhere else. There are all kinds of veggies grown right on the patio and small garden. And you can taste the absolute love that goes into growing, harvesting, and preparation. The moneybags were particularly amazing.
Found this hidden gem on our way through Shawville Quebec. We were feeling famished. Seen the restaurant to stop at as we drove by and decided to turn around. Sure glad we did! We walked into this warm welcoming environment. Asked if we could get takeout because it looked like a dine in place. She said that of course we could get takeout. We order some spring rolls called Thoong tong. Thai style pork. We thoroughly enjoy them and can't wait to back to try more! Very beautifully done as you can see in the picture. Great for an intimate soirée. We will plan on doing so... Thank you for the great welcome! Good day!
Really great place to eat! Fast and friendly service and the food is amazing. I will definitely go back. I think this is Shawville's hidden secret.
Mixed experience. I recommend sticking to the core, tried and true menu items. Pickup pad thai and mango salad in the past was excellent— delicious food, good quantity and travelled well. In contrast, our first eat-in experience was quite unfortunate. I decided to venture out and try a different noodle, which arrived soaking in a slimy broth and served in a little pot the size of my fist. The menu price for this item vs. taste, serving size and ingredient cost for this noodle was upsetting.

Can't wait to go back! We stop for a quick bite not knowing what to get when we walked into Chez In's cozy welcoming environnement. We order the Thoong tong spring rolls which come with a sweet chili sauce. They looked like little sags tied with string when I was plesantly surprised to discover it was really lemongrass! They were deliciously good and I want more! Thank you! Will and I will see you soon at Chez In!
