Absolutely unacceptable service. I stopped here on my way to FSJ and needed to use the washroom, only to find it locked. When I asked the attendant for the key, he told me to wait “two minutes” while he stood at the till as another customer looked through her wallet. There was no urgency, no courtesy, and no respect for a basic customer need. Like always, I was also planning to buy my lotto tickets and snacks here, but after being treated with such indifference, I left the store and went to Tim’s next door instead and made my purchase there. I’m a regular customer whenever I come through DC, but after this experience, I will not be returning. If a business cannot handle something as basic as washroom access and basic customer service, it does not deserve repeat customers.
I'm usually here everyday and the staff are always friendly and hospitable. They memorize my purchases and if I am too rushed to think, they remember to ask if I needed my usual items so I dont forget anything. Very impressed and recommend going often.

The employees here are wicked friendly. I always have good conversations with them and they always see me pull up and have my purchase ready for me ! I will continue to support them ! it’s a pleasure going in there
I bought $90 worth of deisel and forgot to use my Journie rewards card at the pump. I asked the kid inside if he could help and he said I need to call the Journie office, ok no biggie. I asked is he could give me change for the air machine outside and since I would have to use my debit card for it he said he wasn't allowed to do that. They obviously don't need any of my business so I guess I will just go elsewhere next time. If I had a few coins it would be fine but I had no cash on me.
