There was an injury that required an ambulance. There was a medical truck parked at a fuel bay to fuel up, and those medics noticed a man in need of an ambulance. Instead of fueling up and driving away, they tended to the man needing help until an ambulance arrived. During this situation, the station worker asks those medics to move their truck, so that other customers could access the pumps. There was no other vehicles fueling up, nor any lined up behind the medical truck... Keep in mind, this was while they were tending to the man / patient. The worker did not call 911 nor appeared to have concern of the man needing help. The medics called 911 and a couple of others. Witnessing this situation, I will not return, nor recommend using this station.
Place needs a good cleaning. Coffee machine dirty and splattered with coffee and sugar, coffee cups sticky and stuck together as well. Not enough creamers left out or none at all.
I bought $90 worth of deisel and forgot to use my Journie rewards card at the pump. I asked the kid inside if he could help and he said I need to call the Journie office, ok no biggie. I asked is he could give me change for the air machine outside and since I would have to use my debit card for it he said he wasn't allowed to do that. They obviously don't need any of my business so I guess I will just go elsewhere next time. If I had a few coins it would be fine but I had no cash on me.
I'm usually here everyday and the staff are always friendly and hospitable. They memorize my purchases and if I am too rushed to think, they remember to ask if I needed my usual items so I dont forget anything. Very impressed and recommend going often.
The water in the puddles is cleaner then the stuff they provide for cleaning your windshield. Then they want a loony for the air pump! When I spend 150 buck in fuel I expect better service for my vehicle! I really don't give a flying f#&&@ if you have 15 different kinds of Doritos!
$7 charge to pull cash from their ATM, I would have given a better rating but such a thing is outrageous!! when you only need to pull $20, I've never seen such a thing, cigarettes and snacks are also higher priced than their competition clean store though
Excellent price. Always fill up here when I am in Dawson Creek. Also a Tim Hortons on site.
No 94 octane.. all surrounding cities have 94.
They have been very helpful to me. Courteous, nice and clean.
They don't sell high octane fuel
