Older white lady employee with over shoulder bolder holder talking very rude to people about people. Terrible employee that should be terminated.

People now a days confuse self service fuel stations with the historic term of "service station". When you see they now charge patrons for so little as some compressed air for your tire; perhaps its time to realise what a present day fuel "service" station no longer represents.

I arrived at the location at approximately 2:30..August 30th 2013 Put my credit card in for authorization...was approved then I waited for the pump to turn on.... the young girl inside was busy on her phone oblivious to customers. I had to knock on the window to get her to turn the pump on. She gave me a not nice look as to why was I bothering her. MacDonald and 16th,Vancouver,BC

Horrible Service! Had a flat tire when I pulled in. The tire was off the rim. One guy just looked at me and shrugged. The other guy never stepped outside. They wouldn't even give me something to block my tires while I jacked the car up (to keep it from rolling). Didn't even say hello. I know they are not 'mechanics', but they could see I was having trouble changing my first tire change. Well, the good news is that even without their help, I managed to change the tire. Another customer was kind enough to help me get my first lug nut off (apparently you are suppose to kick the tire iron to start). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CONSUMER RIGHTS

I pulled into their full service bay last night as I needed two litres of oil. The employee said I had to add the oil myself as he only pumped gas in the full service bays. The guy needs an update.
