The fuel is fine. The car wash is terrible and when you ask for your money back, the manager gets obnoxious and insists your car "looks fine to him". Buddy, I paid for a service I did not receive. There was no soap dispensed during the wash. Wax? Yes. Soap? None. I will ask for my money back, and you will indeed, be giving it back, nomatter what the car looks like to you. I do not care how many happy customers you ran through that wash today, or if the soap tank is full. If no soap hits my car, the service was not provided. Stop ripping off your customers.
They ran out of the regular, mid and 91 gas earlier today and when I inquired as to whether I can purchase their 94 octane gas at the reg gas price, I was told by their cashier Raman to go across the street to the other gas stations. I appreciate it wasn’t her call to make, but she might have inquired to her manager or owner as to whether this would be possible. I certainly didn’t expect her to suggest I go across the street and buy my gas elsewhere.
I always stop half way from Victoria to Nanaimo to use the washroom and pick up a snack and a drink. This time I got an egg salad sandwich. I couldn't find any date on it and it was terrible, tasted like it was weeks old
They are out of gas, multiple pumps with no signage about it sooooo....veryone trying 2 or 3 pumps, wasting time. Little more care from the Manager?? Heck, turn your gas sign to zero even.
Car wash is good. Lowest price in the area. Cleans well.

Gas is ok. They deactivated all the AIR for your tires, had it at most pumps and off to the side. This is why I went here. Car wash was no good. They admitted it was broken but did not give us a refund. Bye bye.
The staff here with one exception, are friendly, helpful, and have great customer service. However, one has no social skills and no customer service. Busy or not - no greeting, a blank affect, no Thank You's, and a general disinterested demeanor. Everytime/every customer , nope it is not just me. Gee, Adam, I'll not be dropping another $100 there soon or buy my Lotto ticket or use the car wash....
The place would be absolutely perfect, except for one employee, he is the worst..won't be going there anytime soon, all the employees are great but that one employee, Adam makes the whole place look bad. You can tell he hates serving you in any capacity.
