I was trying to fill gas , the machine was pumping air. I spoke to the guy at the desk. He refuse to come and confirm what is happening. He denied to give my money back. The location I went to on 2748 Main St Vancouver BC V5T 3E8 Canada. He got complaints about it before me, he said he is not a technician .

I am a senior citizen and rely on chevron at 128th and 96th in Surrey bc. Been going there for years. I went yesterday to get gas and have my tire pressure checked as my light was on saying check tire pressure. I was so shocked when the girl told me that they don’t do tire pressure checks any longer. I took my money back and told them I was going to another station that offers full service - which means checking tire pressure. Very sad that you have to take out such a valuable service. Also so sad that I now have to go somewhere else. I have been a regular customer there for 17 years. Now no longer.

ii was just at the 128th street and 102 avenue location in Surrey BC i was asked to come up to the second til which was blocked by another customer waiting for the loto i said excuse me 3 times the attendant told me not to be rude to other customers how is saying excuse me being rude she then told me not to come back in the store i guessing cus i was the only WHITE PERSON IN THERE i will be looking to file discimination charges now it happened on may 16 at just after 6 pm im sure you can find out which of the 2 girls working told me not to come back into the store as she will be targeted i the charges

I have been a customer of Chevron for years but recently after my car with gas i went to put air in one of my tires. I then discovered that Chevron wanted $1.50 for the air. This i now think is a prime example of GREED. I now will go to another company for my gas in the future.GOODBY CHEVRON>

Chevron needs to stop operating as a gas station if you can never buy gas. They have serious issues with their payment system. In last week all 4 times I have stopped at a chevron I was not able to buy gas or my payment options were limited to cash only. Over the last year, i have encountered payment issues at least 50% of the time when choosing chevron. I am done stopping at chevron
