Great store. Pricy but worth it...

Great selection of plant and flower arrangements at a reasonable price. Also the store carries a large variety of items for home decor.

Have used this florist since moving to Utica 16 years ago. They are a bit pricey but their work so far to date has been beautiful. They are always friendly and helpful.

I placed an order for here for my mothers birthday February 12th. I ordered a dozen of roses with a glass vase and 2 birthday balloons. What does my mother get 2 valentine balloons with a dozen of roses (1) broken in a pot no vase. I call up spoke to a few people one lady says can i bring the balloons back. Not my fault i paid for delivery why would you want the balloons back? Then the lady says someone will come with birthday balloons so we can do a switch and Whats the big deal. It's her birthday not Valentine's day. Call back again talk to someone else because my mother did not get a glass vase well at this point they tell me someone will deliver it tomorrow. Her birthday is today not tomorrow already two things were messed up. Hubby calls speaks to two people just ask for a refund that we can go somewhere else but then they came to an agreement that it would be delivered within an hour & my mother got exactly what i ordered her this should of never happened in the first place.
