Chesley Convenience Plus

friendly owner, what you expect from a small town convenience store.

While in Chesley I had to stop at this location to purchase a new otc vape. I am over 50 and have been at this location previously. When I asked the employee if they carried them she said yes. When she gave me the name of the one they offer I was not familiar with that product and asked if I was able to see if before deciding to purchase it. She then proceeded to tell me no and that is why they are behind doors, that I would need to know what I wanted. She then proceeded to continue her conversation with another customer and completely disregarded me. I was shocked at how incredibly rude this employee was. I went to the next closest convenience store with the same request and without hesitation that stores employee showed me the available items they offered and I made my purchase. This is an employee who represents your business, word of mouth goes a long way. By law she could have requested to see my ID and show me the available options however I must have been interrupting her while she was doing her job of chatting up with other patrons. Sorry to have been such an inconvenience to her.

Always great service. Love the staff. Exceptional staff moment helping an older customer with an errand not available at the location and offering to drive her on the hottest of days. I was blown away. It is my stop from now on.

Great staff and service. Has most of your basic needs for a small town. Owners are super friendly and know most the town folk by name.
