I would give 6 stars if I could. For Karen!!! Have lived here for quite a few years and have been through quite a few supers. Karen is by far the best!!! She is very kind and professional and always greets you with a smile. She is approachable and always makes you feel like your concerns are important. She never stops working and makes you feel as a tenant that you really matter. Great Job Karen!!! Your hard work does not go unnoticed by quite a few of your tenants. Keep up the great work !!!!

We have been here for 4 years and are on the 4th Superintendent. Karrie Ann works hard to maintain a clean building inside and out. If you need something repaired she is on it right away and works to have repairs done in a timely fashion. The building looks inviting to all guests visiting residents in the building. We can be proud to call this building home.

My wife and I have been tenants of Cherokee Apts. here in Gravenhurst for 13 years. Over this time there have been numerous changes and upgrades made for the benefit of the residents. We have had at least 7 on-site building superintendents. There is little doubt in my mind that our present "super", Karrie Ann, is among the best. She works hard to keep our building clean and is always courteous, attentive and respectful to the needs and concerns of the tenants. Keep up the good work!

I work with Karen alot and she's always punctual. Comes and opens the door right away. Gets us things we need. Great building manager.

Karrie-Ann keeps the place clean and goes above and beyond to help out. She is very quick to return calls and fix issues around the building/apartments as fast as she can.

Moved here from Hamilton.quiet side street, close to main st.The super works very hard at keeping it clean!! She is very nice and always there to help in any situation.She really cares about the place we all call home! From the lobby to the halls and stairs they are always clean! The snow has always been cleared! Thank - you Carrie ann

The superintendent is extremely friendly and works extremely hard to keeping it clean having to deliver parcels in that building she is more than willing to help great job Karrie Ann Jason aka mailman
