I know there really isn't any point to writing an urgent care facility a review, but regardless I was really impressed. The wait time was reasonable, the nurses were friendly, and the doctor I saw was extremely knowledgable and took quite a bit of time to explain my son's medical condition to me. Great place all around
Receptionist refused to open the door to allow me in to be with my fiance she had to get out of the bed to let me in. Doctor was completely useless and refused to help her get into specialists that she has been waiting for for years and cant wait to see anymore as at this rate she'll die before shes seen
Receptionist was incredibly rude. She refused to speak or even look at me at first when I told her I was in extreme pain and something was wrong. Then proceeded to tell me everyone waiting would be seen before me and I would not be prioritized. I asked her to call me an ambulance so I could go to Duncan and she said you can call one if you want. I ended up needing emergency surgery.
Reception is VERY rude, inconsiderate and snarky, and clearly has major personal issues and brings them to work with her. She has no compassion for patients whatsoever. After reading other reviews, this clearly has been going on for a while now!! Being miserable is one thing, but do not take it out on others. Leave your personal feelings/problems at home where they belong. She should definitely not be working with people. Yikes.
For weeks the blood lab has routinely only one person working, this is causing extremely long wait times for what is typically a speedy process at this location. Please figures this out… also while you are trying to figure out the staffing, why not send each nurse in the ER for sensitivity training, it’s almost as if you specifically hired people who hate human interaction to work the front desk/ admittance desk.
Everyone working here was awesome! I came in with a fractured foot. In and out within 2 hours. Thank you nurses and intake staff!
Had to pay 300$ to see a doctor for a work related injury
Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. My 95 year old Mom was rushed to the clinic by ambulance and I spent 2 hours dialing non-stop to try and get some info and never did get through. I know there is a staff shortage but that was/is disgusting.
Rude front end staff. Made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Nurse was snappy and judgmental. Zero bedside manner.
The front desk nurse older looking was so rude. I left furious. The doctor was really nice but no backbone.
