Worst carpet cleaning i have ever had. Technician showed up with what appeared to be a buffing machine that one would use to polish a hard surface with. No dirt or stains were extracted from my carpet whatsoever. Basically the technician rearranged some of the dirt and removed 0 stains. And his excuse was that my carpet is dated and rippled which I am pretty sure he says to everyone. Total waste of time and money. VERY DISAPPOINTED
