I am a frequent customer of Chelo's of Rumford. I had several issues tonight at that location from the person on the phone being rude to the order being incorrect twice. I am writing to tell you that the manager on Duty Nicole went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer before I left there. She actually packed my order herself the second time and personally brought it to me. Good help is hard to find these days but you have a great employee who really cares. So, thank you Nicole for you service tonight. It was much appreciated.

Warwick Post Road. Ordered shrimp scampi & steak & cheese wrap take out. Unfriendly host gave me my order. I had to ask for dinner roll and long story short, 4 hosts inquiring why I was waiting & 5 Songs later, I'm told rolls in oven then that fell on floor to which a manager offers me bread! Needless to say food was cold.
