I’m always blown away how good their food is. Nice solid portions. Blackened chicken Cajun pasta is always my to go to.
As a displaced Cajun I can say, without a drop of doubt in my mind, that Chef Wayne and the team are doing the lord's work. I got the sausage gumbo. Ive eaten at Cajun spots that claim to be "over seasoned for new England" well that's just a fancy way of saying "under seasoned". Chef Wayne's gumbo? Perfectly seasoned. My mouth is still tingling 30 minutes after eating; that's what you want! I can't wait to try the other menu items next time I'm downtown.
UPDATE: I've been back many times...How in the world is this not listed as the best restaurant in Springfield & Theos continues to get top places... Unreal --------------- Good lord! That was utterly delicious. Finally someone in New England that knows how to spice something. Will be back MANY times over to try the whole menu.
I love Chef Wayne’s! When I was a kid I went to the Liberty St. location with my parents, and loved it ever since. Always amazing service & food!
Their fish and chips are to die for I have never had such good fish and chips. Amazing. Amazing flavor.
Excellent portion for what I paid for which again was phenomenal. The bourbon pecan pie was amazing just with they had their bourbon bread pudding. Will be back definitelyFood: 5/5

Great f-ing food. I ordered through the phone. I ordered the mix veggies with sweet potato fries and grilled salmon for my wife. Its good. I tried a bite of everything and I started to . Lol Should've bought a plate for myself. Lol The service was phenomenal. I recommend this place to everyone who wants "good food" none if that Mcds or BK or etc.lol Thank you Chef Ivan for you work. I will surely order again soon.
Where do I start? The service? The quality of food? The prices? They’re all great! I kid you not definitely stop by this spot if you’re hungry and in the area. Everything I’ve tried from this place has been delectable!
A good lil spot to grab a hearty meal on the go! I had the Cajun Pasta with salmon which was very tasty! The woman whom had taken my order was super friendly and attentive. My order came out perfectly and was so delicious! I will definitely be returning!
