Stopped in here last weekend for brunch during the curling bonspiel. While the service was a bit slow, they didn't check for drink refills and took a long time to take our order, with only two tables of people the food was great. The brunch beats any of the big brunch spots in Edmonton. Staff was friendly. Large portions. Great price. My friend and I both mentioned we'd be back regularly when in the area it was fantastic.
Wow! A restaurant with good food and service has the ability to make a lasting impression. How often do you leave a restaurant with a full belly and a smile on your face saying, wow, that was fantastic?nWe haven't had a meal this great in a while! We haven't had a meal in a while where we ate every last bit of food on the plate. Literally, look at the pictures, it's really that good!nWe came here on Christmas Eve. The service was great, nice atmosphere with nice jazz music, and absolutely fantastic food!
We had heard lots of good comments and we needed to try.nWe had the most perfect dinner here.nThe prime rib was fantastic!nIf you're looking for someplace special, this is the place you must try.
Great small town gem. Have been waiting to try it, was not disappointed. Table service/waiter was excellent. Got free samples of the polenta, delicious!nnFood came quickly but not too fast. Shrimp and scallops cooked to perfection. Good wine selection and nice prices.nnWill be back for a longer meal, more menu items, thanks!
What a lovely gem we discovered by accident in a place called Olds Alberta. We wandered in just for a light meal, salad and soup as we were meeting others for dinner. The ministrone soup hit the spot and Caesar salad delish. Chef David came out of his kitchen and we had a delightful conversation with him. We were only sorry that we could not sample the delightful treats he presented on the menu. A must visit if you're ever going through Olds.
