For a pizza joint the breakfast is phenomenal! I can't wait until we can get that again. I had to throw it in the oven for just a bit longer because the pizza is on the underdone side --BUT that's only because it's packed with toppings, which is great since I love veggies! The crust is the great kind of crisp and chewy, and the sauce is on the sweeter end of tangy which is also just how I like it. Great food and great service!
*Update* My wife and I ordered again from chef bondis and really appreciated the offer of the free pepperoni extra cheese pizza which pictures will be provided, customer service was excellent very friendly staff, the lasagna is so delicious its definitely a 5 star lasagna, panzerotti and pizza were very good as well give it 4 stars each , thankyou chef bondis for reaching out to make things right with the pizza it was greatly appreciated, Old ...Pizza was mediocre i ordered a med pepperoni pizza with extra cheese! Did not seem like it had extra cheese compared to Als pizza lasagana was pretty good tho wouldve been 5 * if pizza was good but i could have gotten same pizza from little caesars for 10 dollars taxes in ... i really wish they lived up to the hype, my buddy said it was awesome, my experience was not awesome.
We really want to like them and we've tried them a few times spread over a period of time and each time it's really surpringly poor... if you want subtle, clean favours, and very non greasy experience, this is it. It's probably the only redeeming element of our experiences but isn't something that will keep our business. At their pricepoint, it should really be spot on every time, like the stone oven pizza from Old School. I've ordered online and on the phone. Online chicken isn't indicated as a 2 item ingredient, but I wonder if it still is charged as such on the 4 ingredients panzos? Homemade garlic dip is good. Today, we got 2 large panzos, boneless wings, and mozzarella sticks for 70$. Panzos sausage/mushrooms/green peppers, chicken/pepperoni/black olives were somehow simultaneously dry and soggy. Half a panzo literally dripped like a facet stream for 5 seconds but chicken/dough was dry, and bottom of panzo is always soggy. Chicken surprisingly not considered 2 items online? I'm so sad it was dry. Pepperoni is spicy, so good thing we didn't offer it to the kids, and I love my mushrooms, but it was all I tasted. Mozza sticks and chicken came in melted syrophone. Not even a piece of paper under them?? I asked for garlic parm but they came undressed? I thought garlic parm was a dry rub? Mozza wasn't fresh after 5 min. Husband is set now not to go back, and I can't convince him otherwise when he vitos. Al's on Confed has never once failed us. They are 100% our go-to.
Pizza was half cooked. Not a good expérience. Did not enjoy this time.
Great pizza, got medium with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, extra cheese and onion. The onion absolutely put it over the top for flavour. Gladly will get a pizza here again.
Ordered a pizza sub and was asked what I wanted on it, said lettuce and onion. I assumed, like every other place that sells subs, it would include the cheese and meat. Nope, got a loaf of bread with marinara, lettuce and onions. The panzarotti was very damp, and when I cut into it, water leaked out. When I messaged on Facebook to ask about the sub, the person responding to the message said "he said that's what you ordered". Not sure what happened there, but they did offer to make us a new one. Did not end up picking up a new one as the meal was disappointing as is. It's unfortunate as my family wanted to support a small business.
Pizza was decent and wings were okay. Not bad for the price I guess, but we have three other places to go to before trying again.
I've had better frozen pizzas than this that was delivered to me. Bland, dense pizza dough with minimal sauce and cheese. Not my choice of pizzaFood: 2/5
Online ordering was simple. Delivery was quick. Well cooked and tasty, but a little skimpy on the toppings.
Really enjoyed this pizza. Only concern is I think they ran the tally the wrong way? Had a 14 dollar Monday special and a pepperoni walk in for 8 and even with taxes it still shouldn't have been 32ish dollars. Not sure what happened there. Nonetheless it was really tasty. My only suggestion to bring it one degree higher would be to add real bacon slices and not bacon bits.
