"We are a small local Oregonian woman owner business. Located downtown Redmond, in the heart of all the fun! Great staff, food,& drinks. We have the best customers around! If you are looking for a down home, comfortable place to relax, play some free pool & darts, even meet some new friends, Checkers is the place for you! We make some delicious homemade items as well! Check out our cheesy spinach & artichoke dip that everyone just raves about! Just to let you know, we take that dip and stuff fresh jalapeños, wrap them in bacon and grill them! Homemade pulled pork served over house made fries. Definitely are favorites at the pub! Come join us at Checkers Pub! Hope to see you soon!"

Stop by this little bar on vacation from California after dinner. Pretty cool vibe. Didn't stay too long and didn't eat food I would definitely go back. it looks like a local hangout place. Got the usual old-school Dartboard. Pool tables everyone seemed pretty chill.
Nice little bar, the kind I'm used to. Not flashy and hip. Wasn't fond of the bar set up. Felt like I was looking down on the bartender. Good gambling spot. Didn't have a chance to try the food.

Laid back place that has a great Central location. Free pool all the time and music on the weekends. Nice small selection of beer and full service cocktails. Staff was friendly and atmosphere is inviting. Overall cool place for a relaxed drink or food.
Very tight seating up at the bar. Poor bartenders always look so tired working here.
Great small hometown bar feel. Had the smothered fries and were excellent. Definitely would go back. Had them make a raspberry daiquiri on the rocks and was awesome. Wanted to try the jalapeno poppers but sadly they didn't have any. Would definitely be back.
Great place to go shoot pool, listen to music and have a drink or two! Friendly people and great atmosphere!

Fun pub, totally slow on this night but great cheap food, good hazy IPAs, friendly and efficient service and free pool. Walls have lots of rock n roll and motorcycle memorabilia on them. Also-FREE POOL!!! Two tables.. I'd come back for sure!
Definitely prefer it here to some of the other downtown Redmond bars!
