Good but getting worse the more I seen to go, look at photo! They used to actually take their time to give you a chopped-up bacon and now they're just too lazy to do that at all ! I was sadly disappointed. I don't know if there's been a staffing our management change but it certainly needs another one!Food: 2/5
GrubHub delivery hasn't worked for this place for months now, but the last time I tried to order from this location, my delivery driver was told that my order never went through, and so she tried to make a new order for us. She said that they then admitted that they had in fact, been dishonest and just wanted to close early. Our driver had to drive to a different location just to get our dinner. The only time I've been through the drive-thru, it took 15 minutes and we were greatly debating why we were even bothering anymore. I know it's hard to find people, and I defend that the food was very good, but this service is honestly inexcusable. Especially just lying to a driver because you've decided you don't feel like doing an order after all.
I placed an order for delivery that they offer and charge, but I never received the order, I called immediately to complain and they told me that they were not responsible since the order was marked as delivered and that I have to contact the delivery company. They gave me no proof that it was left at my door, they totally didn't care about the problem. I lost $45.00 but they lose more because I never buy from that location again.

I didn’t mind the wait, since I know they are always pretty short staffed. But I couldn’t see past missing items from my order. I of course didn’t check at the window since they line was accumulating but I will from now on.
Staff seemed friendly, the window woman serviced with a smile. With this kind of service, no hesitation on coming back.Food: 3/5
3/11/2021 time for lunch visit havn't been here in a while* I get the baconzilla, my wife said your fish sandwich is # 1. 3/19/2021 came in for lunch today at 12, Service at this checkers is way better than all the rest, fast service & hot food, great job, my wife still loves your fish sandwich, Sincerly Dennis & Nancy Merryman.
I didn’t have the money for a single cheese burger. And the nicest man in the kitchen here paid for 2 double cheeseburgers for me. Honestly this gesture of kindness goes miles. I’ll remember that forever and will be eternally grateful. Never going to any other fast food joint around me for a burger because of this. Give that man a promotion or a raise please.
