I went in to pay my loan. When I went to get my loan I specify said I get paid on the 2 nd of each month and the lady told me there no such thing of a payday on the second. I told here well for me there is.. I spoke to her on the 11st and I told her specify I would be in on the the 2 nd.. She was rude and she started talking to me with anger. I said hey I not here to argue I am her to pay.. She says to me look I have been doing this for many years and people just don't here what u am saying. I told her that I was not there to argue or am I upset I just wanted to pay.. I also had my mother get a loan from there and she was like I collected on your mother because she was late. I told her yesterday that I was going to pay for my mothers and she said she would hold the check. I told her owe that fine. I will just put the money back intonmother account I asked about the referral and she refused because I was supposably late when I spoke to her yesterday and she was fine with me coming in on the 2 nd by 2 pm I was there by 12:15. Pm not good service.

Horrible rip off. And the manager Tasha is always on the phone and to busy to help customers.
