I have never had a bad experience with this taxi service. All of the drivers I've had have always been kind and I really appreciate it.

Scott (I think, he's the only driver with his name) was very personable and saved my husband and I from a long silent awkward drive home. the conversation was good, very friendly and would totally recommend if he was the driver.

Called the night before to have a taxi ready at 3:30am, they said okay. Called again at 3:00am to make sure they would be on time, they assured me they would be there. Had to call again at 3:35am because they hadn't shown up, and they said I would have to wait another 15 minutes. It's like they don't understand people have schedules.

11/262017 Waited 30 mins no Taxi useless service left number for them to call when Taxi arrived outside no call and no show will not use again.

Waited almost an hour for a cab that wasnt even coming. When i called (4 times) they kept saying 10 min. I had 2 small children with me and groceries. Honestly if I could give them a minus 1 star i would.
