I hired Cheam Painting in 2017 to paint a living room, two story entrance and ceiling. Ryan and the workers were very nice and pleasant to deal with, however...they did a very poor job. - There are carpet fibers painted around my laminate stairs from the carpet that was removed. - There are large patches of putty between my windows that weren’t sanded, just painted over. - The entrance window trim wasn’t painted at all and I clearly hired painters because this is a two story entrance and hard to access. - There is large uneven drywall patches at the top of the stairs. - I was picking paint off my new flooring for weeks. - They didn’t tape off the baseboard and literally painted my new floor for the entire length of the baseboard. I could go on...and I do have pictures to support these claims. I contacted Ryan more than once about these issues and he did say that he would repair all of the problems. Unfortunately, Ryan was always “too busy” to keep his word. Oddly enough he wasn’t too busy to pick up the $5k cheque when the job was done before I had a chance to thoroughly inspect the work. I waited two years to write this review because I wanted to give Ryan ample opportunity to make it right, which he failed to do.
