En discutant elle l'a ouvert pour en mettre un peu sur sa main en disant que c'était naturel. Et après, elle a osé dire que de toute façon elle ne pouvait pas reprendre un produit ouvert, alors que c'est elle qui l'a ouvert!! Hallucinant !! Bien que restée calme, madame a préférée appeler la sécurité pour me chasser, au lieu d'assumer. Heureusement le monsieur de la sécurité était très gentil et compréhensif. Au final je ne me suis pas fait rembourser et mon produit neuf ne l'est plus concretement puisqu'elle l'a ouvert pour s'en mettre sur la main! Ici vous avez donc affaire à une commerçante qui cherche à vendre ses produits, peut importe si ils sont adaptés à votre besoin ou non.
