Had a problem with a water heater not heating my tenant's apartment and called different plumbers to be told that it's either the heating element or the fuse/circuit breaker but that if it's the latter it's not covered yet I still have to pay over $250 for them to come check. Called SOS and Yolande helped me right from the start, got me an appointment for the next day and then called me back to tell me there would be an available spot earlier today. I took it and they came within less than an hour of my initial call, changed the circuit breaker which wasn't working and even checked the element and thermostat. I could not be more satisfied by their quick, same-day service that encompasses both electrical and plumbing at an affordable price, highly recommended if you have any issues with your hot water tank!
