Make sure you have a lot of spare time if you choose Chatters. My time was not respected. The service could be much more efficient considering there are two front desk staff there.  Why would my cut be delayed because my stylist is checking out her last client. Like I said there are two front desk staff. Will not go back to anywhere my time is not as important to the business as their time is to mine. I showed up on time. And if you do have a delay in the schedule inform the customer that there will be a wait so THEY can inform you if that’s ok with themService:&nbsp;Hairstyling

First time getting my hair cut at Chatters and with curly hair any place is hit and miss but Mishaela is the exception! Wow does she know how to cut textured hair! Super knowledge, super friendly and one of the best hair cuts I've had. I highly recommend Mishaela especially if you have curly hair!!

Took my 3 year old grandson for his second cut. He was a challenge but the hair dresser handled the situation great and we came out with a great cut

Went in for a haircut and so did not get what I wanted. The poor girl tried her best but the help she got from a co-worker was not helpful at all. Will not go back

My daughter went got her hair cut and coloured today and left in tears! She cried all the way home and wouldn’t come out of her room when we got home. She had saved her birthday money to go and get her hair done and hated it in the end. She regrets going and getting it done! Her bang were suppose to be curtain bangs and they were cut so short she can’t even put them back in a ponytail. She has hair-dye all over her face, neck and even inside her ear, that costed her $160! Usually I wouldn’t say anything, but I hated seeing her so upset!Services:&nbsp;Bang trim

Recently visited a salon for the first time in years and it was awesome!  I highly recommend Kenda for all of your hair needs!

Last time I visited, I received no thermal spray before the hair blower or before the hair straightener was used. I'm coming to get a hair to get rid of the dead ends and make my hair healthy again and you just take heat to it with no protectant first?
