So I called them in yesterday asking if they have any slots available for haircut if I do a walk in within half hour. The girl on the phone was super polite and she said she will get me in when I come. So I was taken it as soon as I arrived. A stylist named Sarah cut my hair. Not only was she efficient, by she understood the kind of haircut I was wanting. She gave me a beautiful cut. My hair is bouncy, voluminous. She framed my face so well with the layers. Definitely recommend her. She gave me the perfect facelift I wanted.

I have recently have dealt with two lovely ladies that work for chatters in bower mall. My first experience was with Sharon, a very lovely lady to have a good conversation with. She was very professional and did such a wonderful job on my hair. She was able to replicate the style I wanted from a picture and I truly loved the cut. Second experience was with Candice, which was another lovely lady to have a conversation with and was very professional. This hair cut was a lot shorter then my last cut and I was very nervous but she rocked the cut and I couldn't be more thankful for such a wonderful job she did. I would recommend both of these ladies to anyone.

My hair was in desperate need of saving! After being platinum blonde I tried touching up my roots on my own because I'd let my roots grow out too much. Needless to say I was left with orangish-yellow roots that were severely different from the rest of my hair. This salon was able to fit me in on a steady Sunday afternoon. Darri worked very hard and took great care to protect my hair but also striving to give me the look I wanted while protecting my hair's integrity. She did a fantastic job salvaging my damaged hair and helped make me feel human again, all while not chastising me for my error in judgement re: using boxed dye for platinum root touch ups. She was a life-saver today and I am truly grateful for her help and this salon's ability to fit me in during my hair crisis. She gave me good advice about how to protect my hair and gave me other options for hair treatments too. Overall I am very pleased and satisfied with how everyone listened to my concerns and Darri worked hard to save my hair and meet my expectations. Thank you, thank you!

I have been seeing Noon as my hairdresser over 2015- she listens and takes care of me, I love really short hair and even then I come away with a new look. I enjoy talking with her, she is really very personable. Last time I was in, there was a lady next to me who could not stop complaining about how the guy was cutting her hair, I finally leaned over to ask her if she wanted to pay for my spa experience and of course she said no, she understood where I was coming from, but the main thing is, I love Chatters in the Bower Mall and I give all 5 stars to Noon.
