I've got my highlights done there. Very nice and precise job! BUT. It took more than 4 hours to get it done... Little bit too much... (And I was already blonde.) I couldn't feel my legs and butt after! And the hairdresser barely cut my hair. But I was soooo impatient to leave that I just accepted it...

SHOP: I like shopping here because the staff are knowledgeable, nice and always try to help. Also with a good selection for what ever you're looking for with a fair bit of organic choices. HAIR DRESSER: I had a great time and got exactly what I was looking for as well as advice on a specific issue I've been having. I got the shampoo advised and it's been working wonderfully. Went from long to medium and in love with it.

TERRIBLE! They can’t manage their bookings are unapologetic when they mess up and the up-sell HARD! I wouldn’t go back.

Excellent customer service!! The stylists are very attentive, and even provide you with coffee, water, or tea while you're there. Very impressed with my colouring and my stylist, Samantha! It took her 3hrs to dye, blow dry, and straighten my thick, long hair, and she didn't hesitate whatsoever to do the job properly and incredibly well.

I have asked for this haircut several times from other stylists and never been happy. Stephanie cut my hair exactly the way I asked for her to and I love the results. She didn't drag the cut out, she styled my hair the way I asked her to and she was very pleasant. I am also impressed by the way that Chatters invests in it's employees with regular training in the latest styles and trends. I will come back to this Chatters again. The store manager was also a positive presence in the salon, helping her stylists and friendly and upbeat and her hair looks amazing!
