I had a haircut by Chelsea L at Chatters. The haircut was okay, nothing like what I showed her, but it was fine anyways. She cut my hair and started blow-drying it. Once she was done, I thought she would show me the haircut and ask if I wanted any changes, but she didn’t. My hair was all pulled back, and she immediately started curling it.nnI asked her to show me the haircut before styling, and when she did, I requested a few small changes. It only took a minute to fix, but then she put the curler back down and asked me to go to the front. I mean, if a customer asks for a few changes and you get so offended that you stop styling their hair, then maybe you should work on your skills so no one questions you next time.nnAnyways, I’m done with Chatters—never going back there

The stylist was incredibly friendly and talented. I would recommend this salon.

I scheduled a wash and blow dry and a pedi for my mother and myself. The stylist was fantastic. But the customer service from the girl who was supposed to do my pedicure was horrible. She said she didn't have time to do a full pedi and I asked why not, my appointment was booked. She said the girl doing my hair went over her time.  That's not my problem! Very poor customer service skills, not even an apology, just rude. I will not be returning. Very disappointed.
